Please follow these basic rules for a pleasant stay.
Cleaning - Hotels
Maestro, Hotel Palac u Kocku, Aurus, Mottl House
- • Daily room refresh including wiping, vacuuming, trash take out, refill of tea/coffee/sugar
- • Bedding and towels changed after 3 nights
- • Mid-stay change if staying longer than 4 nights
Cleaning - Apartments
All Residences
- • Cleaning service after 5 nights of stay
- • Service includes bed sheet and towel change, wiping, vacuuming, trash take out, washing dishes
- • Trash removal available on-demand via door sign
- • Post-departure cleaning included
- • 'Do Not Disturb' sign prevents cleaning services during stay
Extra Cleaning
- • Extra cleaning available anytime. Contact via WhatsApp to arrange.
- • Studio: €15
- • One Bedroom: €20
- • Two Bedroom: €25
- • Three Bedroom: €30
Smoking
- • Smoking prohibited indoors and from windows
- • Fine up to €150
Smoke Detectors
- • Tampering with smoke detectors results in €100 fine
- • Damages and theft also incur penalties
Pets
- • Pets are not permitted
Quiet Hours
- • Quiet hours: 10pm - 6am
- • Please be considerate of neighbors
Access Codes
- • Codes valid until 10am checkout (12pm for direct bookings)
- • Automatic deactivation occurs unless extended via WhatsApp
